Auction Sales

Frank G Bowens primary disposal methods is via in house auction sales:

The majority of these auction sales are held in-house on a fortnightly basis. We have experience of selling a wide and varied range of goods, examples of which can be obtained from our Example Catalogue web pages.

We are able supply a service tailored to your requirements. We undertake removals,  storage, cataloguing, displaying, lotting. We are able to insure the removal and storage before sale. Where full valuation is not required, we still undertake HPI finance and insurance checks.

Services of outside specialist  valuers and removers are undertaken where needs dictate.

We have a large a varied database of buyers, including our specialists buyers. A fully computerised accounts systems gives a itemised bill to both vendor and buyer, all monies collected are deposited into our dedicated 'Clients Account'.

On-Site Auctions

Sales can be arranged to meet clients individual requirements.

For example we can handle sales from start to finish which would include, supplying staff to prepare a schedule of the items for sale, cataloguing, lotting up, viewing, conducting the auction, collecting monies due, preparing finalised, fully itemised accounts for both customer and vendors.

Alternatively we will supply staff for the purpose of conducting an auction on the sale day, only.

Private Treaty / Negotiated Sales

In certain circumstances it is not possible to hold sales on-site or logistically viable to remove items for sale by auction in house, due to the costs involved.

In these cases we are able to offer our services in providing a valuation and arranging for a sale in-situ.
